A stay that turned terrifying

The location was perfect, steps away from attractions. The room was spacious enough, but the experience turned sour quickly.

Clean facility, friendly staff, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. the free Wi-Fi allowed for easy planning of our adventures and the convenient location ensured we could explore all the nearby attractions effortlessly.

We encountered multiple issues during our stay that were incredibly frustrating. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush properly, which we discovered shortly after checking in. Additionally, the overall cleanliness was lacking. the bedding appeared unmade and the presence of a strange smell made us uncomfortable. Despite bringing these problems to the front desk's attention, there was no immediate resolution offered, leaving us to deal with unsanitary conditions.

I loved how fresh and clean everything felt! The staff were super friendly too, but the pool was closed, which was a real letdown for the kids. 😕

The room was decent enough, clean sheets and the fridge was great to have. The TV worked fine, but the couch had a weird stain, which was off-putting. The hanger in the bathroom didn't feel secure at all, just barely holding up. Overall, it was just okay for a night’s stay.

During my recent work stay, I was impressed by the welcoming staff and their helpful nature. The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient for accessing local attractions. I also appreciated the freshly baked cookies available in the lobby, which added a nice touch to my experience.

The location near NASA attractions offers unique access to space-related activities, which was a major perk. The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds served as a cozy base for my family getaway.

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. Arriving at 8:20 a.m., all the hot food had disappeared, and only two trays of omelettes came out later. Given the busy breakfast hour, the lack of replenishment was disappointing, coupled with the trash not being cleared away, which made for an unpleasant dining environment.

Staff was super welcoming, and the fresh cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Breakfast had a variety of healthy choices that kept us fueled for the day.
